Dear all,
What you are doing and about to be doing requires a lot of courage, discipline and strength, no wavering.
A strong sense of who you are, a strength you of course have, but that you need to believe you have, despite all that happened, was or wasn’t.
There is no easy way around.
It is the work.
The laser focus. The work. The reassurance.
The path needs to be walked daily.
Because you aspire for something great, you need to become “great”, solid, strong.
It is not an option anymore.
Identifying all the blaming and shaming, all the ways you were keeping yourself safe, and dismantling them one by one.
Taking your power back.
Understanding the great purpose they’ve served, not blaming them, staying the Centre.
It is a great, great game to play, the best one ever.
Makes you look forward to every new day because you know now there is no good or bad and that all is an opportunity for you to get stronger, more stable, more diligent.
All you admire in others because you believe you lack, but you can have it.
However, be aware of the shadow side of the force.
Having force does not mean you are better or stronger than others, more entitled to make choices for them.
To make, to take decisions for others, using shoulds is a profoundly disruptive thing to do.
That is not someone who is truly strong, that is someone who collects power from people who do not know how to decide for themselves.
That is a parasitism.
That is dominance.
That is ugly.
But not bad.
It is how it is.
The shadow is not bad, the shadow is what it is.
No matter what you do, do not be scared of the shadow, make space for it, recognize it, and either consciously keep it or let it go.
You will see all kinds of poeple and dynamics.
Whatever you think you know, suggest something if you are being asked and then let it go.
Let others grow by themselves.
And you as well.
Distinguish between the quick, quiet, calm, intuition and emotion-charged quick mental response that will polarise and try to sway you in a polarity.
See through it.
The control
The control is a really, really intricate thing.
More we control, less we feel like we are in control.
But the control, the absolute precision is necessary to guide an orchestra, which is the kind of control you go for.
You allow everyone to be them, to their fullest, their best.
And they all play, all take their responsability, none of them doubts themselves, which would influence all others.
Those frequencies are no longer needed.
Either too much selfishness and egoism, feeling like you are better than others, training harder, harbouring resentment, or too much selflessness, giving yourself away, feeling like everyone is better than you, also harbouring resentment.
None of that is necessary in an orchestra.
Everyone works to be their best self and everyone respects the work and place of others because they deeply understand that without others there would be no orchestra, no play, no collective creation.
Deeply rooted in yourself and deeply attuned to all else.
The true power and strength.
No polarity.
No above or below.
Center.
Allowing all to flow.
The role of the conductor is not to change anyone, to blame anyone, to fire or shame anyone.
It is to create a space where everyone can be themselves, where everyone can find their true place and thus serve the whole collective song/purpose.
He takes care of the fact that everyone is in Harmony, playing at the right time, at the right place.
Not in rigidness, with attunement.
Because he understands the importance of every single piece in the play, of every instrument, every person, every note, because he deeply respects the writer of the song.
Everyone understands their role, and do it.
You control.
But you control with attunement.
Not with domination.
But with compassion, reason and clarity.
You stay Centered.
Anchored.
In Love.
In confidence.
In Peace.
No amout of blaming will get you where you want to be.
No amout of shame, force, controlling by force, it will not work.
A deep respect for the work of everyone.
Prayer
I have no idea who you are or what you should be doing, but I will do anything in my power to help you to know and to be sure about yourself again, as you once were as a child, as you still are deep down, below the protective layers.
Without pressure, with presence, love, care and attunement.
As God does for all of us.
Acting as his hands here, because that is who we are.
